1. The Experience

PORTAL 8 is a curated electronic music and cultural events platform. Entry is by RSVP, guest list, or ticket — we reserve the right of admission at our sole discretion.

2. Tickets & RSVP

• Each ticket is single-use and tied to one guest. Sharing a QR code may result in the second presentation being denied.
• Refunds are not offered unless the event is cancelled by PORTAL 8.
• RSVPs do not guarantee entry — they secure a place on the priority list when tickets go on sale.
• Age restriction: 21+ unless otherwise stated. Valid ID required at the door.

3. Conduct

We are a present, curated community. Harassment, violence, or any behaviour that disrupts the experience will result in immediate removal without refund.

4. No-Filming Policy

Selected events may enforce a phones-down policy during performances. You consent to PORTAL 8 photographers capturing the event for archival, editorial, and promotional use.

5. Dress Code

A curated dress code may be applied. We may refuse entry on that basis. Specific requirements are stated on the event page.

6. Submissions (Artists / Booths)

By submitting, you grant PORTAL 8 a non-exclusive licence to use the materials you provide for the purpose of evaluating and (if accepted) promoting your participation.

7. Liability

PORTAL 8 is not liable for personal belongings, indirect losses, or external service failures (transportation, third-party ticketing). You attend at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
